Lionel Broise
38 years old, get the French high graduation « Diplôme Supérieur du Froid Industriel » delivered by the French high school “Institut Français du Froid industriel (IFFI-CNAM)”
From 1998 to 2005, he was Project Manager by “TEC ENERGIES” and “DGET”; In 2005, he has been engaged into an Engineering Office specialized in thermical diagnosis, energy savings, and utilities engineering in Industries. He designed refrigeration systems and Industrial Air Conditioning. He did as well pre-projects or GTD and tenders’ analyses. He followed up the commissioning and works.
His competences are carried on high Industry Practice, on several process diagnosis, on energy diagnosis, and also onto measurements introduction and exploitation.
Olivier Gouanelle
40 years old, is Engineer from « Arts et Métiers Paris Tech » high school
After 3 years in metallic construction and municipal wastes inceneration where he was Project Manager, he has been engaged in 2001 as Project Manager, into an Engineering Office specialized in thermical diagnosis, energy savings, and utilities engineering in Industries.
He has been Project Manager, then Engineer Consultant, then Engineering Department Manager.
He has done feasibilities Utilities Projects for brand new installations or existing installation modifications. He has been involved into Project Managing, Turn Key Projects, Projects Quoting and Valuing.
He assisted industrial sites in process core improving by dissecting them from thermical and thermodynamical angles in order to upgrading their efficiencies. His competences go through overall utilities energies in Industry (Heating, cooling, compressed air, heat recoveries, and so on….)
Jacques Guilpart
52 years old, agronomist and refrigeration Engineer.
After several years in overseas rural development and in feed industry, J. Guilpart joined the Refrigeration Process Engineering unit of CEMAGREF (Research Institute of Science and Technology for Environment and Agriculture) in 1990.
There, he was Researcher (1990-2000) and then Laboratory Director (2000-2009). He designed, negotiated, coordinated, and led several research projects in partnership with SMEs, large industrial groups, national agencies (ADEME, OSEO-Anvar), the French National Agency for Research and the European Space of Research.
From 2000 to 2008, he served as Assistant Director of a joint research unit in Food Process Engineering. Since 2001, he is member of the French Association of Refrigeration, member of the Ammonia Committee of this association, French delegate to the International Institute of Refrigeration and member of the Refrigeration Equipment commission of this Institute.
In 2010, he was appointed Chairman of the Steering Committee of the French Association of Refrigeration. He teaches industrial refrigeration technology at the French Institute of Industrial Refrigeration. He has authored or co-authored over 90 scientific, technical, and extension publications.
In 2009, Jacques Guilpart joined MF Conseil, a consulting firm specializing in energy efficiency and energy management in industry, particularly the food industry. He has been managing director of MF Conseil since 2010.
